Revitalizing public transportation with a single word

We transformed the simple word “GO” into a powerful currency for our transportation experience, helping Metro Transit revitalize its brand and public perception.

Public transportation is crucial in major metropolitan areas, but the 2020 Covid pandemic shifted commuter habits, with rideshare apps becoming popular, especially among Gen Z. Metro Transit aimed to reverse this trend by investing in the Twin Cities transit system for more streamlined travel options.

 

Two major campaigns launched back-to-back, promoting the new bus rapid transit lines and an overall brand initiative. Together, they reframed Metro Transit as the go-to option for quicker and more convenient travel.
