With shifting commuter patterns and growing competition from services like Uber and Lyft, the campaign aims to update outdated perceptions and highlight Metro Transit’s renewed investments. Key messages include three new BRT lines, tech upgrades, and expanded service offerings. The goal is to increase awareness, encourage ridership, especially among non riders and lapsed users, and position Metro Transit as a fast, reliable and community driven transportation option.
